Dutch banker, Ronald Bernard claimed in an interview, before breaking down crying, that he was brought into an elite child sex/murder ring, also mentioning that Western governments fund terrorism, which is a matter of public record.
Anneka Lucas claims to have been sex trafficked from the age of six to numerous high level government officials.
Before doing this project I would have been inclined not to believe them.
'Project Monarch' - In 1990, Franklin scandal whistle-blower, Paul Bonacci gave a videotaped interview at the Douglas County Correctional Center, where he claimed to have been a victim of Project Monarch, a program which induced SA trauma on children as young as five to create split-personalities so they could be used as spies and sex slaves. It's said to have been named after the monarch butterfly because their migration is a multigenerational process, so even though no single butterfly has ever made the full trip before, the migration always gets completed because the knowledge of where to fly is passed down genetically.
He alleged that the program was run by Michael Aquino, a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army and founder of the Temple of Sett.
Later in 1995, Cathy O'Brien came out reporting to be a survivor of Project Monarch, recalling the name of the program itself being referred to by her handlers. She also recalled that children, including herself, were traumatized into believing they were animals, such as a kitten, to escape the pain. Another alleged survivor, Cisco Wheeler recalled that handlers would use "kitten" as the trigger for the split-personality, as well as leopard skin patterns. Actress Anne Heche is theorized to have been a byproduct of this program. There are other alleged survivors including Kathleen Sullivan and while website called DeprogramWiki, dedicated to victim healing.
All this hinges on the Franklin scandal, which was a real thing, so who knows. It definitely isn't unprecedented, given the experiment performed on Gail Katzner during MKUltra, as well as The Finders pedo cult, a CIA front which allegedly ''went bad''.
