The Principle
The average person has around a hundred parasites manipulating them to crave salty and sugary foods which allow them to multiply. Effectively what we have is a symbiotic relationship between these parasites and humans in the food industry who are excessively rich off of what is an unnecessary behavior. The reason I bring this up is because the strategy of parasitism applies in all facets of corruption, all exploitation which undermines regular people. Here's the thing. Any exploitation which can be taken advantage of will be taken advantage of by the few against the many. This was defined very early on as the Sumerian Swindle. It has always existed as a relationship between state, business and organized crime, with a little bit of racial in-group preference guiding the way.
(Religion is just a tool of race and always forms in convenience to the conditions of those which they serve. Most religious conflicts are actually conflicts between races: Celtic Catholics VS Celt-Germanic Protestants in Northern Island; Persian and Arabic in Suni and Shia; Magians VS Europeans in the Crusades. This shows, because before Christianity and Islam, there was a Persian expedition into Greece and a Hellenic expedition by Alexander the Great into Persia.)
The Complex
The current Rome is the U.S., which is a military industrial complex controlled by Israel
only because that state comprises of a race who perfected manipulation. The reason they've persisted as an identity as far back as the earliest civilizations is because of their use to empires as tax collectors, who can be thrown under the bus when the people try to revolt. Before that, they didn't even exist as an ethnicity and were more of a loose confederacy of marauders. The Jewish identity developed when ancient Semites, most effective at playing the game, collectivised with religious tenets probably inspired by the Egyptian priestly class. Empires came to pass, but the nomadic intermediary always moved on, in amassing enough power in business and finance to bribe and blackmail their way into statehood. Consequently, in addition to the ends of general exploitation for profit, means of power also tend to serve Jews as an identity. It's so unavoidable when talking about power and corruption that it's necessary to mention, so don't go busting my balls about antisemitism.
With that out of the way, parasitism arises regardless of who might dominate in the sector, so here's a list of rackets used to exploit the masses, after which will proceed an outline of how power complexes preserve themselves and crush dissent.
Rackets
Parasitic elites create problems so they can supply the solutions for profit. Many such rackets are have been perfected by the rich and powerful throughout history.
Banking - Cabals of plutocrats use predatory loans to exploit the masses with debt slavery. In America it's the Federal Reserve; for the third world, it's the IMF. When sovereign leaders try to throw it off, they get sodomized with a knife like Gaddafi.
War - The military industrial complex itself is an industry which needs war to justify its existence.
The Prison Industry - Slavery is still legal in the US, however it only applies to those who lose their rights, which is what happens when you go to jail. In Western countries, degenerate culture is promoted to encourage people to commit crime so they can do unpaid labor in prison, and to justify the spending on prisons, which is an industry in and of itself. Both this, and criminals living off of welfare before hand are at the tax payers' expense.
Immigration - Rich capitalists benefit from R selected third world populations flood into developed countries because their lower standard of living predicts that they are willing to work for less, and diversity in the workforce decreases the likelihood of workers unionizing. So suck it Marxists. All the non economic aspects of Marxism serve capitalism.
Cultural Marxism - The same applies to feminism, as more people in the work force means more tax payers; plus, dissolving the nuclear family increases dependency upon the state. Destroying the family has been Western intelligence's admitted MO since WWII.
Pharma - Pharmaceutical companies make a killing off of selling antibiotics to treat animals in unnecessarily filthy conditions. Opioid Crisis. RFK sammy the bull. Covid
Green Technology - Companies are subsidized to plant windmills which ruin landscapes and give bats heart attacks, because oil is demonized. Those who are put off by this are also distanced from concerns of legitimate environmental abuse;

Preservation of corrupt power structures
As said before government and business have aways worked together, and both work with organized crime, even going as far as drugs and human trafficking, which are controlled by the military industrial complex to finance black ops. The rich have a shared interest in Globalism to consolidate everything under one roof and monitor and regulate everybody. Rich and powerful people share ideas about it at the World Economic Forum, and promote it with think tanks which have existed since WW1. Holding companies like Blackrock and Vanguard incentivise businesses to conform to their ideals with kickbacks like ESG credit, as do governments with subsidies.
Western Intelligence has a history of coordinating immoral and illegal ops, and declassifying them 20 years later. Domestically, they have a history of using their own citizens as guineapigs or experiments. Intelligence encompass almost total control of culture and media. As a matter of fact, there are a lot of elite degenerates in politics, business, Intelligence, the media and entertainment, so it isn't a surprise that the worst proclivity possible is promoted in Western culture.
And of course intelligence are instrumental in undermining other countries for resources either covertly through proxies, or straight up with a fabricated pretext to justify military expeditions. The funny thing is that for the most part, especially since WWII, the return goes not to the US but to Israel. This can be explained by a class of slush-funded and or blackmailed politicians sponsored by an unregistered foreign lobby, who may not enhance America and even degrade it, but personally enrich themselves. It only makes sense that a race and religion formed around the ability to generate wealth, which has persisted as far back at the earliest civilizations for its ability to do so in the service of empires, would have the means to invent a country out of nothing and hold power structures by the balls to preserve it. They have historically used immoral and illegal methods in doing so, and in some cases just out of malice or for fun.
Media and or intelligence have ways of crushing dissent, whether it's up front like in the UK or secondarily. Mainstream outlets lie all the time but use disinformation as a justification for censorship.
Corrupt power structures are guarded by a class of politicians within which are political dynasties who are covered for even on a federal level whenever they screw up in their criminal endeavours or while indulging their proclivities.
