Lee Harvey Oswald

Oswald's Innocence

Paraffin Test - Lee Harvey Oswald passed a paraffin test, determining he had no gunpowder residue on his hands. (𓃠)

Tippit Continuity Errors - The official story tells us that Oswald was dropped off by Taxi at his house at 1:00 pm, then walked to 10th and Patton to shoot Tippit at 1:16 pm. For this to have been possible, Oswald must have walked 8 miles in 16 minutes. This would have been impossible by foot but just about possible by car, and we know Oswald didn't drive. Supposedly, after killing Tippit, Oswald made his way to the Texas theatre to watch a movie. In the men who killed Kennedy, theater manager Butch Burroughs stated that Oswald entered around 1:00 and 1:17 pm, although Tippit was shot at 1:16. Plus Tippit's body arrived at the hospital at 1:15.

Witnesses Aquilla Clemons was interviewed by Mark Lane. She described Tippit's assailant as chunky abut short, and he waved bis hand at a skinny man in a white shirt and khakis, signaling him to go. She also said that a man came to her two fays after the assassination telling her it would be best if she didn't say anything because she might get hurt.

Frank wright talked to researches George and Patricia Nash. He also saw two men, and reported them speeding off in a Grey Plymouth. (National gaurdian, a new look at the Tippit killing October 32, 1964, jfk.hood.edu)

Witness Doris Holan was Interviewed by Bill Pulte and Michael Brownlow. Like Aquilla Clemons she recalled seeing a heavy man in a dark blue jacket walk down the driveway and signal Tippits Assailant with a wave to go. She also said “if it wasn't him, it was his brother,” in relation to the man she saw shot by jack ruby on tv. (Dale Myers, Doris E. Holan and the Tippit murder, november19, 2020, jfkfiles.blogspot.com).

False defection Program

The official story is that Oswald, a communist, defected to the Soviet Union, however it's more likely that he was part of a false defection program to enter the USSR as a spy, which may have something to do with the consistent evidence that Oswald was in fact two different people. (Two Oswalds Theory)

AEBALCONY was a CIA project to send Baltic Language speaking US spies to Soviet controlled countries under the guise of commercial travel. This project was active from 1960 to 1962. (GlobalSecurit.org, Soviet Russia - Redbird/Redsox) (archive.org, AEBALCONY Quarterly Report November 9, 1961)

Oswald had left the marines on what is called a dependency discharge, meaning he was allowed to exit his military service in order to care for his injured mother, although there is no evidence that marguerite was ever in need of care, as Oswald spent a mere three days with her before ditching for Europe. Oswald allegedly left to attend the Albert Schweitzer college in Switzerland, instead heading to Finland to to obtain a Soviet visa. (Albert Schweitzer School, run by Percival Brundage, who ran cocaine out of South America) Despite not having much of a school record, Oswald had been accepted at Albert Schweitzer, which gave credibility to his story. The college president of the school was Percival Brundage, who was also Eisenhauer's budget director, and an advocate of black budget financing for intelligence operations; also one of the two owners/operators of Southern Air Transport, which was the CIA's airline in the Caribbean and Southeast Asia during the 60s and 70s.

Oswald's job application - On Oswald's application for the Leslie welding company, he put that he had worked for the state department when he was in Moscow.

ONI - The office of naval intelligence pulled Oswald's security file 8 days before the assassination for unknown reasons.

Oswald's Mail - Declassified documents reveal that Spy Reuben Ephron was directed by James Angleton to open Oswald's mail numerous times before on an ongoing basis. (𓃠)

The Oswald Project - James Wilcott was allegedly a CIA accountant who claimed that while stationed in Tokyo he had heard from at least 7 people that lee Harvey Oswald was a regular employee with a salary for the CIA. One of these people were jerry fox, the case officer for Wilcott's branch in Tokyo. Wilcott recalled the names of the CIA officers he worked with in Tokyo, including Robert Shashima, who was a double agent for Japan and the us, who's cover was existence was only disclosed in the 90s. Willcott claims that a case officer came up to his window, claiming in the ensuing conversation that the money withdrawn was for the Oswald project or for Oswald.

Oswald FBI informant Dallas Policeman Roger Craig, claims that before leaving the Sherriff's office, someone told him that Oswald was an informant for the FBI, who was paid 200 dollars a month. His code was S 172.

Oswald ONI - While in custody Oswald asked to make a phone call to a John Hurt in north Carolina, which was written down by a secretary. When Oswald got on the phone, the secret service intervened, excuse was made that they couldn't get through. Another secretary picked up the note from the trash, turning over to the police several years later, discovering that John Hurt was a former military intelligence officer. He lived about 150 miles away from the Nags Head base on the outer banks in north Carolina. Nags Head was the base from which the ONI launched its false defector program into the Soviet Union. (Destiny Betrayed - James DiEugenio)

Oswald's Arrest - When Oswald entered the Texas theatre, despite there being plenty of vacant seats, he reportedly sat right next to someone, before getting up to sit right next to someone else, eventually sitting next to a pregnant woman who spoke with him. When he was arrested in the theatre, he had two half dollars in his pocket. This is a known spy technique whereby a contact is identified in having the other half of the Bill.

Spooks in Oswald's family

Maralyn Murret - Maralyn Murret, Oswald's cousins, was outed to reporter Paul Scott, who wrote an article in which he named her in a long list of people alleged to be soviet spies. The BFI pulled Marylin's passport, finding she made many unusual trips around the world, first claiming to be a reservation for a travel company, later claiming to be a teacher. Maralyn travelled to including England, France, Germany holland and China and various Eastern block countries.

Lilian Murret - Oswald's aunt, Lilian Murret flew to an air force base in Bermuda in 1954, which is sandwiched between the issuance of Marilyn's passport and the travels that the FBI was following her on. The yearbook information on Marylin Murret depicts this woman. But the picture of her at Louisiana stat university in 1948 looks more like Marina Oswald's friend, Ruth Paine. (58:20)

Margaret Keating - There are records of a Margret Keating, who married Robert Oswald, and was step mother to Lee Harvey Oswald. Despite having divorced Robert Oswald in 1933, Margaret Keating appears in a 1955-56 phonebook as Margaret Oswald. (1:08:00) According to Margaret Keating's registration forms, over a period of about 20 years, she repeatedly changed her birthday to make herself 18 years younger.

Marguerite Oswald - When the warren commission pulled Marguerite's credit reports, they couldn't verify many of the addresses. Her credit report had two made up addresses, one which she never lived at and the address of the women we know as Margaret Keating.

As far back as 1938, Marguerite was the landlord of three different houses, however there are no records of any tenants to these houses except for Dr mancuzo, who rented 2109 alvar in New Orlenes from her. This may be evidence of a network of safe houses owned by intelligence put under the name Marguerite Oswald. Records show that Marguerite moved into 2109 Alvars St. in New Orlenes in 1938, Moving out in 1940, although the house wasn't sold until 45. Marguerite also lived at 220 Thomas place in Fort Worth Texas, three different times over a 10 year period with two different landlords. Marguerite lived at 1222 congress st in new Orleans from 1940 to 1941, then moving to 1010 Bartholomew, st in New Orlenes. Marguerite and Lee Allegedly moved into 831 Pauline Street in 1942, although an older couple called the Roaches are alleged to have lived there with some saying that Marguerite was allowed to move in by the Roaches, and others saying she left and then the Roaches moved in. Either way, in January of 42 Marguerite and Lee would only be their for three weeks before Marguerite allegedly left Lee with her sister Lillian, who gave hi up to an orphanage. After this she disappears from the records, as the FBI tried to verify her residential and work history from 42 and 44 without success, as many of the records had been allegedly destroyed. Marguerite claimed to the warren commission that during this time, she was working as a phone operator for the Pittsburg glass company. However there are records which contradict this statement, pointing towards the reality that she was in New York working for Naval Intelligence. The timing of when Marguerite Oswald left Lee with Lillian coincides with the time she met and marries Edwin Ekdahl. Edwin Ekhdal was in New York City at the time working for Ebasco. (One of Ebasco's projects was the design of a large electrical generation station in the Soviet Union, suggesting an intelligence affiliation. When Ebasco was questioned to provide information about Ekdahl, they told the FBI they were unable to provide such information. This should demonstrate how high up in intelligence they were.) The addresses linked to Marguerite at this time are also addresses in New York: 227 Atlantic av is in Staten Island; before that she was at 2136 Broadway, which in NY is the location of the beacon hotel. At the time Edwin Ekhdal lived at 210 north broad way, which is 20 minutes north of the Hotel Beacon. What was Marguerite doing in NY at this time? Well, in 1953 the house on Un-American Activities in New York had a 960 page file concerning Marguerite Oswald, Nazis and New Jersey. The assassination records review board were denied access to this document. Marguerite stated to the warren commission that she was a phone operator in for the Navy in Algiers Louisiana in 1942. The WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service) program was a civilian program was a civilian program which got women into the Navy to do things like operating the phones. The training program for WAVES was in the Bronx. The FBI spoke to Robert Oswald's Sr.'s ex wife, Hazel, who told them that after Robert died, (in 1939) the family moved to New York.

Marguerite Oswald indicated that in the October of 1945, her new address was Granbury road Benbrook Texas, in the ghetto near a rail road. Marguerite Oswald and her three sons moved to 101 Sansaba in Texas in 1948, despite the fact that Marguerite owned it since 1947. They only lived there for two months. Between summer of 48 and 52, marguerite Oswald will purchase two additional properties at 7408 Ewing and 4833 Birchman in Ft Wirth. The Birchman address is not on the list of addresses acknowledged by the warren commission or HSCA. No Oswald ever lived at the Ewing address. The Ewing address was sold in late 52 when marguerite Oswald was in New York.

No one at either address knew marguerite Oswald, either in Broadway or Algiers in Atlantic av. At the time that marguerite is alleged to have lived at Atlantic av, there was someone called Bob Oswald living there. Bob Oswald worked at a ship building company that subcontracted to the Navy.

Robert Oswald Jr. and his step brother John Pic were put into numerous orphanages by Marguerite. In 1947 she attempted to put all three of her children into an orphanage permanently, which was rejected. From then on the orphanage wouldn't accept them on a temporary basis. 1:24:00 1:34:20

Fred Korth - Fred Korth was secretary of the Navy and and assistant secretary to the Army. He was also Edwin Ekdahl's lawyer.

According to a memo, Marguerite Oswald revealed that Lee's discharge from the marines was handled by Fred Korth

and that the house which Marguerite had been living at during the assassination (222 Thomas place) belonged to Mary McArthee, a close friend of Fred Korth. She also noted that Fred Korth played a part in Lee's life, but didn't explain any further.

Trully was the boss of the book depository. Oswald allegedly didn’t know anybody at the book depository. Mr Tully was married to a woman who's cousin was Fred Korth, working with john pick.

Floy Oswald - Oswald had a first cousin named Floy Oswald. It appears J edger hoover had a personal file on Floy Oswald. Floy Oswald was murdered in her house by a caretaker and two friends who attempted to make her sign over property rights. (50:00)

Paul August "Polo" Voitier Jr. - Marguerite Oswald's uncle was Paul August Voitier Jr., who was a body guard of Louisiana Senator Hughey long, who was assassinated by his own bodyguards. 59:30

Oswald framed as a Communist

There is no evidence that Oswald was a Communist, regardless of his cover as a defector to the Soviet Union.

Oswald's trip to Mexico - Lets dispense with Oswald's defection to the Soviet Union, before which he allegedly travelled to Mexico to pick up a Soviet Visa. The bus which took Oswald to Mexico city is left from New Orleans on September the 35th at 1:45. His Visa is stamped entering the country on September 26th, however, according to an FBI informant at the postal service, Oswald had submitted a change of address form and and application for a new P.O. box on September 26th. The new address indicated for forwarding was the Paine residence in Ft. Worth. This document was never mentioned in the Warren commission.

Oswald's arrival in Mexico City is backed up by his registry at the Hotel del Comercio dated on the 27th. On the same day Oswald is meant to have applied for his travel visa to Mexico City, September 17, two other individuals had also applied for travel to Mexico out of the same New Orleans office. They are David Pearce Magyar, an associate of David Ferrie, and William Gaudet, who worked for the international Trade Mart, run by Clay Shaw, and admitted to investigators to being a contract agent for the CIA in Latin America. Gaudet had worked for Nelson Rockefeller while head of the office of Latin American Affairs (Archives.gov, Memo of Conversation between ) His Magazine, Latin American Report, had published articles favorable to United Fruit Company and their activities in South America.

Gaudet is also the man responsible for Oswald's TV interview, as, having seen Oswald handing out leaflets, he phoned an associate, Jesse Core, who was head of PR at the International Trade Mart, and another associate of Clay Shaw. Core phoned another associate, John Corporon, the news director at WDSU-TV, who sent a news crew to Oswald's location in front of the Trade Mart. It is during this interview, Oswald will proclaim himself as a Marxist-Leninist.

According to the Warren Commission, Oswald applied for a six month Mexican visa, however received a 15 day visa, which requires a completely different application. (FBI documents, Oswald's trip to Mexico City, CE 2121, history-matters.com) The visa presented by the Warren Commission itself can't be authentic, as revealed by  the clerk at the Mexican consulate, who was interviewed by one of Garrison's investigators. She was certain that the FBI never collected it as evidence, as it had been lost in a fire in 1965. (Weisberg Files, O Disk/Oswald Lee Harvey Mexico/116.pdf)

Oswald's conversation with the Soviet Embassy was recorded on October 1. According to the transcript, Oswald can be observed to speak in broken Russian, which is inconsistent with what we know of Oswald as a fluent Russian speaker. (Transcript: Cuban Embassy, Mexico City, September 28, 1963 CIA Record Number 104-10422-10143).

Alleged photos provided by the FBI of Oswald at the Mexican and Cuban Embassy:

FPCC - Other than his defection to the Soviet Union, allegations that he was a Communist relied mainly on his affiliation with the fair play for Cuba committee, which he was filmed handing out leaflets for in New Orleans. On the leaflets which Oswald had been handing out was the address 544 Camp Street, New Orleans. This was also the office of Carlos Bringuier, who Oswald supposedly got into a fight with, then debated on the WDSU. Around the corner from 544 Camp Street, located in the same building, was 531 Lafayette Street, which housed the detective agency run by Guy Banister. Guy banister was an FBI agent, who ran a private detective agency. In 1963 Banister and David Ferrie began working for the Lawyer G. Wray Gill and his client, Carlos Marcello. This involved attempts to block Marcello's deportation to Guatemala by RFK. After Banister's death of coronary thrombosis in 1964. FPCC leaflets were found in his office.

On the afternoon of 22nd November, 1963, Banister and Jack Martin went drinking together. On their return to Banister's office the two men got involved in a dispute about a missing file. Banister became so angry that he he drew his Magnum revolver and hit Martin with it several times. Martin was so badly injured that he had to be detained in the local Charity Hospital. Over the next few days Martin told friends that Banister and David Ferrie had been involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. According to Martin, Ferrie was the getaway man whose job it was to fly the assassin out of Texas. He also claimed that Ferrie knew Lee Harvey Oswald from their days in the New Orleans Civil Air Patrol and had given him lessons on how to use a rifle with a telescopic sight. This information eventually reached Jim Garrison, the district attorney of New Orleans. He interviewed Martin about these accusations. Martin claimed that during the summer of 1963 Banister and David Ferrie were involved in something very sinister with a group of Cuban exiles. Delphine Roberts worked for Banister and later became his mistress. Roberts told Anthony Summers that during the summer of 1963 Lee Harvey Oswald worked for Banister. She said she was in the office when Banister suggested that Oswald should establish a local Fair Play for Cuba Committee. This story was supported by her daughter who met Oswald during this period.

The FPCC was formed in 1960, before Castro had embraced communism. The Wikipedia page for the FPCC omits this, and any mention of a founder, however putting the link in the Wayback Machine reveals that at a time, it had credited Vincent T. Lee as having formed the group. This however is also false. The group was really founded by Robert Taber and Richard Gibson, two CBS journalists. With CBS itself as a creature of the CIA under operation mockingbird aside, Richard Gibson was revealed in a record dump to have worked for the CIA, with a salary of 900 per month. (Jefferson Morley, CIA Reveals Name of Former Spy in JFK Files - And He's Still Alive, May 15, 2018) When Castro went red in 61, it was then Tabor and Gibson handed the FPCC off to Vincent T. Lee. Shortly after, the two were interviewed by the CIA and FBI. (Spartacus Educational, FPCC)

In 1976 an article was published claiming that Oswald was in correspondence with Vincent lee, who allegedly gave him a FPCC membership card. It also claimed that Vincent and Oswald had met in Tampa to plan his trip to Mexico to acquire a Cuban and Soviet Visa, however, the meeting in Tampa was long after Oswald's alleged trip to Mexico. Oswald allegedly wrote a latter dated august first to Vincent Lee, talking about how some exiled Cubans attacked one of his demonstrations. The event referred to is Oswald's disturbance with Carlos Bringuier in front of the International Trade Mart, which led to his arrest, and subsequent news interview. The problem is, this incident didn't take place till august ninth, (Visalios Vazakas, creating the Oswald Legend - Part 3 kennedyandking.com)

Vincent Lee himself denied to the warren commission that he had known Oswald, or that he had made him chapter of a new Orleans branch of the FPCC, but recalled receiving the letters to his own confusion. (Warren Commission Testimony of Vincent T. Lee, April 17, 1964)

Impersonations

Jones Printing - Oswald is famously seen handing out FPCC leaflets in New Orleans. Investigator, Harold Weisberg visited the Jones Printing, where the leaflets had originated from. The name on the order for the leaflets was Leon Osborne. After showing the owner Douglas Jones hundreds of photographs, Jones picked out four photographs identifying the man who had made the order. Jones rejected picture of Oswald himself, including his mugshot from his arrest in august. The man who Jones had identified had a full beard. He was Kerry Thornley, a marine who had served briefly with Oswald in Atsugi. (Weisberg, inside the assassination industry)

Thornley would impersonate Oswald elsewhere as well. Jim Garrison knew about Kerry Thornley, placing him on the front page of his file, although this didn't make it into the movie. Garrison's Thornley file contains a small note which says, "Officer J.D. Tippit," which suggests he may have been the second shooter along with Ferrie. In 1959, Thornley served for a short time in the same radar operator unit as Lee Harvey Oswald at El Toro, where the two would discuss politics. Fellow Marine, Ronald Schwinghammer, observed someone called Rick Thornley, claiming to be a professional writer, enquiring about Oswald's unit and interviewing him for a book he was writing titled, the Idle warrior. (Weisberg Collection, Agent Oswald Office Files, FBI Document, November 26, 1963, jfk.hood.edu) Schwinghammer puts in Atsugi in 1960, however according to Thornley, hi didn't out about Oswald'e defection until he was on his way home from Atsugi in October of 1960. Thornley would go on to become a leading figure in the Discordian movement, using the alias Omar Khayyam Ravenhurst. In his affidavit to Jim Garrison: Thornley writes: "As Oswald had been, I became an outspoken critic of U.S. foreign policy and of the Marine Corps in particular. As Oswald had done, I began to disobey orders and ridicule my military superiors. And as had Oswald, I began espousing Marxist doctrines." (Garrison Papers, Thornley, KerryHe was also in the classes in the weeks behind Oswald which went through the exact same schedule.

Kerry Thornley was sent back to the states from Atsugi, allegedly because he won an instructor technique course competition.

After his time in the marines, Thornley moved to California, then to New Orleans in Febuary of 1961, which coincided with the start of a long series of Oswald impersonations, many of which occurred while Oswald was provably in the Soviet Union. This starts with the incident at Bolton Ford, with Lawrence Howard, who Thornley mentions as Leopoldo in his confession latter to Jim garrison. Leopaldo was also the names used by Howard while visiting Silvia Odio.

Thornley will relocate to New Orleans, he will associate with Martin McAuliffe, Kent Courtney and clint Bolton, all who work for the CIA. McAuliffe will connect him with Guy Bannister. Thornley will relocate to Arlington Virginia in 73, which also happens to be the HQ of the Marine Corps.

Thornley in fact Knew Oswald in Texas, after his time in the marines. Barbera Glancy Reid encountered Thornley and Oswald together, remarking to Jim Garrison that after Thornley's trip to Mexico city, he had cut his hair short, causing the two to look like twins. (Garrison Papers, Memo to Jonathan Blackmer, Re: Kerry Thornley) Oswald's neighbors responded positively to pictures of Thornley, some, in fact, stating that they had seen Kerry Thornley going to the grocery store so often together that they thought he was her husband - and following the assassination were confused by Oswald's picture in the papers. (Garrison Papers, Memo to Jonathan Blackmer, Re: Kerry Thornley) According to Gus Beeler, assistant manager of the Bourbon House, frequented by Kerry Thornley, after Thornley split up with his girlfriend, Jeane Hack, she would go around telling anyone who would listen to her, that he was friends with Lee Harvey Oswald. (FBI Report, Re: Gus Beeler, December 19, 1963, jfk.hood.edu)

In his affidavit to Garrison, Thornley admitted to having traveled to Mexico City in September of 63, the same time Oswald was meant to be in Mexico.

Thornley implies to Garrison, that it seemed odd to me that the ONI could find no references to Oswald or him in its files, and that in his opinion they must have been either stolen, displaced or destroyed. Thornley also implied that "if" naval intelligence "were" keeping an eye on him, and "if" they had assigned him a "babysitter," then that man must have been "Bud Simcoe". (Garrison Papers, Thornley Kerry) There are multiple Bud Simcoes locatable on google, all of which have military backgrounds, however which match the timeline at hand. Thornley also identifies a John Valentine as a potential handler, most likely the handler of bud Simco.

Thornley claimed in his affidavit to having befriended a man named Rodrick R. Brooks, ska Slim. Slim, in turn, introduced Thornley to someone called Gary Kirstein. Thornley would later state his belief that these two men were in fact, Jerry Milton Brooks and E Howard Hunt. Thornley hired a young lady named Joyce Talley to type up his book. She allegedly liked it so much, that she introduced him to one of Martin McAuliffe, her college professors at Louisiana State University. Martin McAuliffe had been the PR manager for Sergio Arcacha Smith when he worked for FRD. Thornley states that, having gotten to know him, McAuliffe introduced him to Guy Banister to talk about his book. At this point, in the column of the affidavit, Garrison wrote. "TOO MUCH!!" and "(After Banister's death FPCC leaflets found in his office. Oswald (Ferrie) are seen in vicinity of Banister's office by more than one witness.)" Thornley claims that on a day shortly after Christmas, Slim Brooks took him for a ride around town in what was alleged to have been Carlos Marcello's car, implying that he knew the Marcello's, and that Gary Kirstein had been cultivating the friendship. Thornley claims that the two would repeatedly engage him in hypotheticals about assassinating the president, and how he would go about planning it. In one conversation, the issue erose of who to blame it on. Thornley suggested framing a communist, to which Gary smiled.

A Heidel is allegedly the alias used by Oswald to order the rifle and the communist propaganda sent to his P.O. box in Dallas. The origin of the alias is believed to have originated from a fellow marine in Oswald's unit, John Heindel, who's name was often misspoken, "Heidel". The alias which Thornley used to print to FPCC leaflets was Leon Osborne. Mack Osborne was another Marine who had served with Oswald at Santa Ana. (Garrison Papers, Thornley, Kerry) Thornley refers to having been assigned overseas with Osborne, which may imply is identity at the Bud Simcoe as forementioned. The name Leon was also the name which Thornley used at the party with David Ferrie and Perry Russo.

Silvia Odio - Silvio Odio was the daughter of two prominent anti Castro activists who had been jailed in Cuba in 1963. Odio claimed that she had met Oswald and two Cubans who had showed up at her home to try and get her to write letters to solicit funds from various Dallas businesses to support anti Castro revolutionaries. (FBI Interview of Odio, December 19, 1963). She recalled that one of the Cubans went by "Leopaldo," (Lawrence Howard) and Oswald went by his pseudonym, "Leon". A day after their visit, Leopaldo called her, asking what she thought of Oswald, to which she didn't have much of an opinion of. At the time of these events, September, Oswald is meant to be in New Orleans. Lawrence Howard admitted to Jim Garrison to, travelling to Dallas with Loran Hall, arriving on September 20. (FBI Field Office File 105-15823, Bureau File 105-82555). What's more, after being contacted by the FBI to whom, when ask, he confirmed that he, Howard and Seymour had visited Odio's apartment. (Lee Harvey Oswald - International Security -R - Cuba) Hall would later try desperately to recant this account, separating himself from the Odio scenario. (Report by SA Leon F. Brown, 9/23/64, Field Office File 105-15823)

Bolton Ford incident -  On January 20, 1961, a time when Oswald is known to have been in the Soviet Union, Oscar Deslatte, a sales manager at Bolton Ford in New Orleans was approached by two men who were interested in purchasing several vehicles on behalf of FDC. One was described as having a heavy, set pock-marked Latin (Lawrence Howard) with a scar over his left eye. (William Davy, The Friends of Democratic Cuba, Ramparts Magazine Fall/Winter 1993-1994) When shown a picture of Oswald, Deslatte did not identify him as the man he had encountered. Who Daslatte was subpoenaed to speak before the grand jury in the case of Clay Shaw, his lawyer of choice was G. Wray Gill.

Carousel Club - Harvey Wade was a businessman who visited the Carousel club. There, he observed who he believed to be Oswald in the company of two other men, one about 200 pounds with a dark complexation, bumps on his face, and a scar on his left eyebrow. (FBI George C. Welbon report)

Larry Craford - After his return from Mexico, Oswald visits an employment center in Dallas, where he meets with a woman called Laura Kittrell. Oswald tells her that he had experience working at the state fair, and that was associated with the teamsters. Kittell will describe Oswald as a biker type with violent tendencies, who at one point slammed his fist on the desk so hard it caused a vase to tip over, before storming out yelling obscenities. Kittell will later go on the identify a man called Larry Crafard as the man who she had men, impersonating Oswald. Jim Garrison's investigation discovered that Larry Crafard, real name Curtis Laverne Craford, was a drifter who worked for Jack Ruby at the Carousel club. (Larry Rivera, Laura Kittrell, Larry Crafard, and Lee Oswald, 2018, merdist.com) Bill Boxly, one of Garrison's investigators, described Crafard's testimony as "textbook quality for any intelligence service's course in resistance to interrogation.'"

Havana Bar sighting - Oswald was seen in September of 63 at the Havana bar in New Orleans with a stocky Latin man, (Lawrence Howard) who rdered tequila, while Oswald ordered lemonade. The timing of this event coincides with the travels of Howard and Seymour between Dallas, LA, New Orleans and Miami (Warren commission, Vol 11, Testimony of Everisto Rodriguez, Pg. 339).

Sports Drome - On September 28th, Oswald was allegedly at the sports drome firing range, while the official story places him in Mexico city. The gun used by Oswald as the range was described to be an Argentine Mauser model 1891. Malcolm price, who worked at the range, couldn't identify (Warren Commission, WH10, Vol. 10, Testimony Malcolm Price, history-matters.com) Garland Slack had observed Oswald at the range on the 9th, the 10th, and the 17th. The 10ths was also the same day that Oswald was seen at the carousel club. Oswald was observed being passed three rifles through the fence of the firing range, as apposed to the entrance, by a large man with a beard.

Party - Perry Russo recalled David Ferrie had a roomate called Leon, who was described as a beatnik with a bushy beard and  hair which was all messed up. (Garrison Papers, Perry Russo, Febuary 27, 1967) In Thornley' affidavit, he mentioned struggling to find a job, on account of his full beard.

Job Interview - Oswald reportedly arrived at a job interview at the KOPY radio station, in a beat beat up grey 1952-3 model car, although there is no evidence that Oswald had ever owned or driven a car. witnesses to this meeting would describe Oswald as having several days of unshaved stubble. According to Perry Russo, the man he had known as Leon had sheved his beard some time in September, leaving only stubble. (Dave Reitzes, Another Oswald sighting, allegations of Lee Harvey Oswald sighting in Alice Texas, jfk-online.com)

Landlord - Alvene Magee was a landlord who met with with Oswald about renting a room. She recalled Oswald arriving in a light colored station wagon. When he got out of the car, he proceded to tell her his life story, how he spent three years in russia, how he was wa Marxist, then explained to her what a marxist is. He also asked if she had good locks on the apartment to house hi collection of guns, even mentioning that once had a telescopic sight. As Oswald left, he made a passing comment, "I hear Kennedy's going to make a tour down the Southern states." (Garrison Papers, Thornley, Kerry)

Clinton Voter Registraion - Oswald also tried getting a job at the state louisian hospital, the same hospital which jack martin had been admitted to for extreme exposure to LSD; the same hospital which rose cherami woul dbe admitted to. Oswald talked to Reeves Morgan, the state representetive from East Feliciana Parish, who told him he would only be abliged to recomend him if he regestered in his parish and was on the voting rolls. If was for this reason that Oswald was potted at the Clinton votor registration in a grey plimoth with David Ferrie and Shaw.

Waddell Robertson - Waddell Robertson lived near Oswald's home in Ft Worth Texas. He told the FBI, that in December of 63 he witness who he believed to have been Oswald with is wife and daughter from his backyard, and that Oswald was firing at targets. However, at the time of this account, Oswald would have been in New Orleans, only moving back to Texas on October 3. (FBI Report, SA Robert P. Butler, Charles T , Brown, WC CE 2903, December 7, 1963, history-matters.com)

Theatre - Burroughs told Jim Douglas that on the day of the assassination he saw not one but two Oswalds being arrested, one being dragged out the front of the theatre, and one about four minutes lated being led out the back. (James douglas- jfk and the unspeakable). Bernard Haire owned Bernie's Hobby House, doors down from the theater. He recalled an Oswald wearing dark slacks being ascorted without cuffs through the Alleyway behind his shop and the theatre.(Jim Marrs - crossfire) Oswald was arrested on the lower floor of the theatre, however the police report of L.D. Stringfellow details Oswald's arrest from the balcony. (Dallas Police Report, L.D. Stringfellow, The Portal To Texas History).

Other means of his set up

Fake photograph - This photograph was posted by Kerry Thornley. The top part of it is Lee and the chin belongs to Harvey.

Oswald's RifleThe rifle Oswald allegedly was a 6.5 Carcano, allegedly found discarded on the 6th floor of the book depository. The weapon was linked to him per a money order and a photograph of him holding it with communist propaganda in the other hand. The photograph has been analyzed Garrison's investigation to have been tampered with. And as for the money order, this is how it compares to others of the era. (CE788) Oswald's was printed on paper, as the ink had bled through to the other side. whereas in 1963, all US postal money orders were printed on hard card stock. The edges ae frayed when they should rigid, and it lacks the proper banking stamps on the side. What's more, the Money order was purchased on March 12, 1963, but according to the warren commission, was deposited into Klein's bank account February 15, a month before the money order was purchased. (Harvey and Lee - John Armstrong)

This discredits both CIA associate, George de Mohrenschildt and the Paine's as witnesses, who claimed to have seen Oswald with the rifle. George de Mohrenschildt was Oswald's only friend in Dallas. In a Newsweek article that Oswald was introduced to him at the instigation of a CIA agent. De Mohrenschildt was found dead after giving an interview. The Sheriff's report mentions that in his last month he complained that "the Jews and the Jewish mafia" were out to get him.

Oswald's Revolver - Oswald allegedly used a revolver to kill Officer J.D. Tippit during his escape from Dealy Plaza. Oswald's revolver was allegedly picked up on March 20th, however the receipt for the pick up was signed by someone called "Paxton." The only thing linking the gun to Oswald is the notice for in-person pickup said to have been delivered to P.O. Box 2915, Oswald's mailbox in Dallas, yet there is no evidence of this notice's existence, as no one has been able to produce a copy of it. (John Armstrong, Oswald Did NOT purchase a Pistol from Seaport Traders, harveyandlee.net)

Oswald's P.O. Box - The receipt for the rifle, the Railway express pickup notice, and the numerous pieces of communist literature in his possession were all sent to a P.O. Box 2915 under the name A. Hidell, however, A. Hidell, Oswald's alleged alias, was not one of the names authorized to receive mail. Any and all mail received would have been sent back to the sender.

Connection to Ruby - Oswald is said to have rented a room at 621 N. Marsalis in Dallas from a woman named Mary Bledsoe. Coincidentally, Bledsoe is also one of the two witnesses who will attempt to place Oswald on the Dallas Transit Company bus, which he allegedly used to escape Dealy Plaza. Apparently Mary Bledsoe had notes in her testimony, which she said she needed because she forgot what she was meant to say. Mary Bledsoe had a cousin called Jewell Germany Jr., who was an air force officer. Germany had a cousin called R.D. Mathews, who was a known associate of Jack Ruby. In October of 63, Ruby placed a call to Mathews home. (JFK Forum, Meet the first cousin of both Mary Bledsoe and R.D. Mathews, March 8, 2018, jfkforum.com) What's also suspicious is that Mary's son, Porter was in the civil air patrol, and trained by David Ferrie.

After spending a week at 621 N. Marsalis, Oswald allegedly rents a room from Gladys Johnson at 1026 N. Beckley in Oak Cliff. He is said to have moved in on October 14th. The housekeeper of N. Beckley was Erlene Roberts. She claimed that the man living there, who people believe to be Oswald, was O.H. Lee. There was a man called Herbert Leon Lee living at N. Beckley as far as the entire month of October. He had never met or even seen Oswald. (Ed Ledoux, Herbert Leon Lee, May 26, 2017, reopennedycase.forumotion.net) Erlene Roberts put Oswald at Beckley October 14th, through to November 22, However Ruth Paine Puts Oswald at her residence in Irving, Texas throughout that time. Erlene Roberts had a sister called Bertha Cheek, a businesswoman involved mainly with housing and real-estate, who had previously been involved in the nightclub business. During this time, she had become a friend and associate of Jack Ruby, and had even spent several hours with him at the Carousel Club. (CE Cheek 5353)

Oswald's ID - The DoD id found on Oswald during his arrest is a fake. Its expiration date is a day off from the expiration date of the one issued to him when he left the marines. The photo on it was taken in Minsk, even though the ID was issued to him in September of 59, before he went to Minsk. The signature does not match his. The number 4271617 is the actual number of Oswald's legitimate card, so whoever faked the card must have known the real one.

Evidence Tampering - The Dallas police collected around 230 pieces of evidence from Lee Harvey's place. On November 23rd the FBI came and confiscated all of it. on the 26th they returned the evidence to the Dallas police, this time a total of 450 items, including manufactured 10 year old tax documents and employment cars john Armstrong found that Oswald's ta documents all had been typed on the same typewriter.
